• Over 18's ONLY, ID will be required with every order, please do not be offended if asked!
• Credit/Debit cards are the only form of payment accepted. Our drivers do not carry and cannot except cash due to prior safety issues.
• Deliveries will ONLY be made to a recognised address with a postcode given. No parks, no car parks, no exceptions.
• A mobile and/or home telephone number must be provided for every order.
• Delivery will be refused if you are not seen to have left a residential address.
• Minimum order of £35
• Orders will be dispatched within 5 minutes of your order as soon as payment has cleared, any cancellations or no shows will result in a charge.
• Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery should they believe you are either under age, overly intoxicated or being physically/verbally abusive.
• IF drivers believe the customer is purchasing alcohol for minor delivery will be refused.
• Details of physically abusive customers will be passed onto the police and your address will no longer be eligible for delivery.
• No card details will be retained unless a registered member, no details will be passed on to any third parties.

• First just call us on 0208 870 9040.
• Place an order with one of our friendly representitives.
• Give full address details & postcode, your address will be verified (If a member please give membership number for discount)
• Payment to be made on debit or credit card only, as soon as payment has cleared your order will be dispatched
• Provided all T&C’s are met your order will be with you with 30 minutes!
• Please drink responsibly.
